Well now that Euro 2008 is well and truly underway, I'm going to try and find somewhere to eat in Brisbane for each of the 16 participating countries. Whether you're a Greek visitor to Brisbane, or just looking for a new place to eat, hopefully you'll find the posts useful, or at least interesting.I think a few of the countries are going to be a bit tricky, but I'll give it a go. If anyone knows of any restaurants/bars/clubs that I've missed, please leave a comment and I'll update my post for that country.
As for the tournament itself, I always used to support Italy in any European competitions. But after they knocked the Socceroos out of the last World Cup, I'm backing Spain for Euro 2008. Spain are the eternal chokers when it comes to big competitions, but maybe this will be their year.
